Dr. Frank Oglesby is a Kingsport native. He graduated
from Dobyns-Bennett High School, received his bachelor’s
degree from Maryville College, and doctorate from
Southern College of Optometry.
Dr. Oglesby holds a patent for an eye examination
device. He began practice in 1984 when he assumed the
practice of Dr. Paul Tosh, a long-time Practitioner in
Kingsport.
The current office location was built in the early
1960’s and was known as the Tosh-Gilbert Building. The
site recently underwent extensive external and internal
renovations; it is now called Pinnacle Professional
Park. Dr. Oglesby provides routine vision and ocular
heath care for both adults and children.
